OUR STORY
From a single contractor to an infrastructure firm
Shri Om Enterprises was founded in Bhopal by Amit Yadav with a clear purpose — to deliver reliable electrical contracting work to government and industrial clients across Madhya Pradesh with technical precision and zero project abandonment.
Starting with residential and commercial electrical work, the firm progressively built capability in HT/LT line work, substation installation, and large-scale government projects. Today the firm holds an 'A' Class electrical contractor licence — the highest grade issued by the Madhya Pradesh Electrical Licensing Board — and is empanelled with four government bodies including MPMKVVCL and CPWD.
Every project we take is executed to specification, on schedule, and with our name on it. That commitment has kept clients returning for 20 years.

Established in Bhopal by Amit Yadav. First residential and commercial electrical contracts in MP.
2009
Empanelled with MPMKVVCL — Madhya Pradesh's state power distribution utility.
2012-14
Grew capability in substation installation, transformer erection and industrial electrification.

Amit Yadav
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR
Amit Yadav founded Shri Om Enterprises in Bhopal in 2006 after building hands-on experience in electrical contracting across Madhya Pradesh. He holds an 'A' Class electrical contractor licence and has personally overseen the delivery of every major project the firm has executed. His direct involvement in project supervision, client relationships, and technical quality has been the foundation of the firm's 20-year track record. Under his leadership, the firm has grown from residential wiring contracts to multi-crore government infrastructure projects.
Manas Yadav
HEAD OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Manas Yadav joined Shri Om Enterprises in 2020 and oversees the firm's business operations end to end. He manages project estimation and BOQ preparation, client communication, vendor coordination, tendering and contract documentation, and day-to-day financial accounts. His direct involvement across both the commercial and administrative sides of the business ensures that projects are set up correctly before execution begins — with accurate costing, documented scope, and clear client expectations.

No project abandonment
Every contract we sign, we complete. In 20 years of operation we have not abandoned a single project regardless of payment delays or site conditions.
Technical honesty
We scope only what we can deliver. We do not overbid to win and underdeliver on execution. Our estimates reflect real costs and real timelines.
Safety compliance
All HT/LT work is carried out following MP Electricity Board safety standards. Licensed electricians and ITI-certified wiremen on every site.
